My Craft Room

March 2012
This is going to be the "Final" Video of my scrapbooking/Craft space, I've spent tons of time getting everything how I want it. I finally found the colors and patterns to tie the whole room together! I've spent alot of time putting together alot of "little" things to make the space work for me. I hope you enjoy.

Part 1

Part 2
Part 3
Here are some pictures of everything!

The Design Inspiration:
(Stampin' Up Spice Cake Paper)

Punch Storage: A Behind The Door Shoe Storage
(This is just a normal shoe rack you can find at any department store, I got mine at Ross for $7.99 and its not clear like you see in other scrap rooms, I used the Stampin' Up Curly Lable Punch and a white gel pen to lable all the pockets.)

My Cricut Wall & 9 Cube Orgainizer
(One of my favorite walls, my Cricut Wall. I got these shelves at Lowes and they fit the Cricut Cartridge Width perfect. I can get 16 on each shelf and yes I need more!
The 9 Cube Orgainizer I got at Lowes and it just has the standard baskets on it)

My Paper Storage:
( I have paper 2 places in my room. I have most of my paper in the black crates and its orgainized. You can see my Paper Storage Video for details on that, then I have the clear crates that stack and sit behind me while I'm scrapbooking)

The only thing new that I've done is added a crate for my Stampin' Up 8 1/2 x 11 paper and I've labeled everything! (My Husband got me a p-touch label maker for Christmas and I've been going crazy with it, isn't he the best Husband ever!)

Clear Crates with Paper:
Yes I have more paper! These I pick up at Michael's when they are sale for at least 1/2 off. They are $12.99 normal price (I believe) In here I have paper that I use all the time. Stampin' Up Solid Cardstock, Stampin' Up Designer paper, Andrew's Paper, The Girls Paper, Etc

My White Book Shelves
(These white book shelves I love, and I keep alot of stuff that I need all the time on them.)

(Still updating....)
My New Shelves With Cork Board Below
My Husband hung these shelves up and I added rods for my "Holiday Ribbon" I also found 4 12x12 sheets of Cork Board at Lowes on sale for $5.00 that I added to the wall.

My Cricut Cart
One of my favorite storage units in my room. I got this on Amazon.com for $60.00 It was really worth the money, it holds my Cricut and spins over by my table when I'm crafting. It has amazing storage.

My Desk: (& the shelve My Husband built)
My Husband built this awesome shelve that sits on my desk! It holds everything that I would with the most. Trimmers, Ink Pads, Buttons, Flowers, Ribbon, Etc

Flower Storage:
These are $5.00 candle jars that you can get at Walmart!
I just clean them out when I'm done burning them and add the flowers to them.

Ribbon Storage:
These are just dowels that my ribbons slides onto.

Shelves above My Desk & How of tape my videos
These shelves were not suppose to go in my craft room, but they matched the Stampin' Up Spice Cake paper so I went ahead and put them up thinking that I would paint them white later, turns out I love them the way they are! They are more for decorative items and it worked perfect for my
Monopod & Video Camera!

Reused Spice Rack:
When I needed a new spice rack in my kitchen, I cleaned this one up and used it.

Long Narrow Shelve:
I got this through Home Interior, I had a party for someone along time ago and I got it for free. I always wanted to paint it white for my craft room, but as it turns out, its perfect.

Office Space
This is just a closet, I took the door down and my Husband built up the desk part and we use it as our office since our house doesn't have a space for this kind of space.

Photo Storage:
Because I have recently changed the way I scrapbook, it changed the way I store my photos, here is my system now!

My Lighting:

The first that is important is that I use "Natural Day Light Light Blubs" I did a video of this and how well the work and you and view that here: Good Lighting Video
The Second thing to note is I have 3 different lights/lamps in my room.

My Video Camera's and Cameras

I have 2 Video Camera's and 2 Point and Shoot Camera's. The First Video Camera I got I really did love, but it didn't get very good close up shots.
This was my FLIP camera. Its super simple to use and holds alot.

Noember/December 2011
Okay, I've always wanted one of those scrapbooking rooms that is just perfect and beatuiful and I could never seem to get it the way I wanted it, Until now!
I figured out what I was missing, I was missing a pattern and color to tie it all together, I have found that! Here is a few of the patterns that have really been working for me.

I've been putting some finishing touches on my room and when its all done I will share it with you again!
